From 2025 the preregistration of events for World Orienteering Week have been updated.
The most significant change this year is that all World Orienteering Week organisers need to register forecasted participants already when you preregister your event. After the event the WOW organiser will receive an email which remind them to either approve the forecasted number of participants or to updated them to actual number of participants.
A guideline have been developed as a help to all World Orienteering Week organisers and should be seen as a help when to preregister a World Orienteering Week event.
