Last year, Bojana organized a World Orienteering Day event together with gym teachers from primary school. Bojana held a course for pupils aged 11 to 15 years, taught them about orienteering, the equipment, maps, and competitions. They also held a competition on a map around the school and they all had fun.
Bojana is recognized in the home town as a promoter of the orienteering sport, and of being physically active as well.
Bojana ends by saying:
– “Being part of the World Orienteering Week family is a good way to promote our sport but also a good way to promote my community, town where I live.”
Every event counts!
